Our Meeting rooms are fashioned in traditional Country House decor overlooking our extensive gardens and equipped with high speed broadband.

We can provide Accommodation B&B, LCD projector, Screen, Flipcharts, Delegate Stationary and full selection of Lunch and Banquet dining options. 

We can also provide Hybrid or Studio Conference options through our network of Audio Visual suppliers and this service is designed exclusively based on your requirements. The technical team will be available with you directly to plan and host your hybrid event with peace of mind and flexibility.

The Garden Suite is our primary Conference Suite. A spacious room with abundant natural daylight. French doors open onto an outdoor patio and landscaped gardens allowing your delegates to enjoy refreshing breaks outside in between sessions.

Barton Boardroom

The Barton Suite at Barberstown Castle is located on the first floor in the quiet Victorian era house. Overlooking 20 acres of landscaped gardens, the Barton Boardroom Suite has an abundance of natural daylight. Catering for up to 24 delegates, the room is elegantly furnished with comfortable seating, and has flexible AV options available.

Barberstown Castle - Garden

Medieval Hall

Dating back to 1562, the Medieval Hall is a private building and the ideal flexible space for a large conference. This historic Hall boasts its own entrance, reception room, conservatory, private garden and courtyard. The Hall can be customised to suit your particular corporate needs, and break out spaces can be created where required. Flexible seating may be arranged for up to 200 delegates.
